This pandemic has taken a toll on many well-loved restaurants and some F&B outlets have decided to close their doors after decades of operations. CafΓ© Lodge will collaborate with these talented chefs to serve their signature dishes to customers who have missed their food for far too long.
Award-winning Chef Ratha formerly from The Black Sheep CafΓ©, will kick start this series with his classic French-inspired food. Chef Ratha has extensive culinary experience and was featured in multiple magazines and newspapers.

Initiated by Metta Welfare Association, Metta CafΓ© (ζ ε θηΌθ½©) was established in 2014 to provide F&B vocational training for Metta School graduates aged 18 and above, with mild intellectual disability and/or autism. Their mission is to provide an avenue for these youths to acquire vocational, work and life skills through their comprehensive training and development programmes and to create employment opportunities to help them achieve economic independence, self reliance and build confidence.

Whether you are dining in or taking away, CafΓ© Lodge has prepared a delicious Christmas feast available now to 1 January 2022.
You can look forward to dishes like seared pork tomahawk with bacon jam, seabass en papillote, pan-seared stuffed turkey breast, roasted chermoula whole lamb rack, roasted prime beef tomahawk with bone marrow, roasted citrus-brined whole turkey, baked honey glazed ham, warm sticky date pudding, and the YWCA log cake and many more.
