This time, you can enjoy a brand new menu with tantalising French classics that he does so well. Prawn bisque laced with brandy, perfectly seared scallops served with strawberry chutney, coq au vin topped with foie gras, his signature duck confit on cauliflower puree and a delicious vanilla bean crème brulee.

We can finally say it. Their buffet is back for Father's Day and Dads are in for a treat!
Feast on fresh seafood like Chilli Prawns and Mussels, Salmon and Tuna Sashimi, Chilli Slipper Lobsters, Smoked Pacific Salmon, King Crab Patties and Fish Maw Soup. Miss their delicious rice dumplings? Dragon Boat Festival is coming on 3 June and it's time to treat yourselves and your loved ones to fragrant rice dumplings from Café Lodge!
